According to the announcement, the OF1 collection starts with the OF1 Box. Each OF1 Box comes in one of two forms: Classic Remix or New Wave. The Classic Remix box can contain an AF1 inspired by the AF1 collections from 1982 to 2006, and the New Wave box features an all-new, next-generation AF1 inspired by 2007 to present and even in future. Scattered across both boxes are AF1s co-created from your Force 1 winner.
Once members have had a chance to purchase their OF1 box, the platform will give everyone the option to reveal their virtual work and see what type of OF1 they have secured. A gallery will also be set up so you can see what everyone is rocking.
In the near future, the reveal platform will showcase the utility and benefits of these unique Nike Virtual Creations. Some can unlock access to exclusive physical products or experiences, while others can unlock more virtual creations with deeper stories behind them.
As previously reported, .SWOOSH announced on its official blog on April 6 that Our Force 1 will soon be released in honor of Nike’s 50th anniversary.
