1. Organizer
The “Holiday Wheel of Fortune” promotion (the “Promotion”) is organized by Changelly (the “Organizer”) as part of its Christmas and New Year 2026 campaign.
2. Promotion Period
The Promotion will run from December 8, 2025 at 12:00 PM GMT+0 until and including December 22, 2025 at 12:00 PM GMT+0.
3. Eligibility
The Promotion is open to all registered users of the Changelly mobile app, except for users located in the UK, India, Turkey, Hong Kong, and any Restricted Locations as defined in defined in the Changelly Terms of Use.
The Promotion is void where prohibited by local laws or regulations.
4. How to Participate
To participate, users must:
- Download the Changelly mobile app and sign up or log in.
- Access the Holiday Wheel of Fortune in the stories section of the mobile app during the Promotion Period.
- Spin the wheel to reveal a prize.
Participation rules:
- Users receive one free spin per week, for a total of up to three free spins over the entire Promotion Period.
- Additional spins can be earned by completing any transaction in the Changelly mobile app on the same day.
- Each additional spin earned through completing a transaction in the Changelly mobile app remains valid only until the user makes another transaction and earns another additional spin.

6. Prize Distribution & Winner Notification

- For physical prizes, Changelly will contact winners via the email linked to their Changelly account within 7 business days after the prize is won to arrange shipping details.
- If a user does not respond within 14 business days, the Organizer may select an alternative winner or replace the prize with another equivalent reward.
- 1 physical device = 1 Changelly account. If the same user attempts to claim more than one device or uses multiple accounts to obtain duplicate device prizes, the Organizer may deny fulfillment and/or disqualify the user.
- Email delivery limitations: In rare cases, users may not receive automated emails due to invalid addresses, spam filters, or provider restrictions. Changelly is not responsible for failed delivery caused by user-side email issues. Users must ensure their email address is valid and functional.
7. General Terms
- All prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable.
- Changelly reserves the right to replace any prize with an item or credit of equal or greater value if necessary.
- No fiat payouts will be made for any prize except for the explicit USDT substitution described under the Grand Prize terms.
- Any attempt to manipulate the wheel, create fraudulent transactions, or misuse the Promotion will result in disqualification.
- Changelly may modify, suspend, or cancel the Promotion at any time without prior notice.
