Puma and 10KTF will release a limited-edition Grailed Slipstream series of non-fungible token sneakers. In addition, the collaboration marks Puma’s recent interest in the Web3 industry following the release of a new NFT collection called Super Puma to celebrate its 75th anniversary.
According to the announcement, the Grailed Slipstream series will consist of 2,000 pairs of sneakers designed in collaboration with artist Alexander John. Each pair is equipped with NFC chips “to connect the physical and digital worlds.” Non-fungible tokens will verify the originality of sneakers.
Starting April 27, 2023, Puma Nitro NFT holders and members of the 10KTF community can access the Grailed PUMA Slipstream NFT Collection. Puma Nitro NFT holders and members of the 10KTF community can get a customized version of the Slipstream. These shoes will be accompanied by an NFT equivalent for use in the 10KTF ecosystem.
