The newly formed Community Council is intended to increase opportunities for community collaboration and to serve as a single feedback channel for the PROOF team.
A few weeks back, we shared a plan to create more opportunities for collaboration within our community.
Today, we’re excited to announce one piece of what that looks like: The @proof_xyz + @moonbirds Community Council 🧵 pic.twitter.com/45vuKVjtZD

Every two weeks, the council will meet with PROOF leadership to encourage more collaboration among Moonbirds and to serve as a new feedback channel for the PROOF team.
The council intended to go beyond Twitter and Discord in order to establish a direct line of communication between the team and the holders. The council will meet with PROOF leadership bi-weekly to provide feedback, share ideas, and maintain an open line of communication between PROOF and the community.
The following people have joined PROOF’s Community Council: @marloljohnson, @EBMDCrypto, @yukokosaka, @KyleRiggins, @cropcircle_eth, @AxuETH, @Lakoz_, @philip_yoong, @DrewBarman, @maskzilla_eth.
Other projects, such as Gutter Cat Gang and Doodles, have recently formed similar types of focus groups or councils to address grievances within their respective communities; it doesn’t always work out in the sense that it ultimately falls on the team to execute on newly presented suggestions and crowdsourced ideas, but it’s a good first step.
PROOF launched its next digital art series two weeks ago, favoring its existing collectors. “Diamond Exhibition” will include 10,000 digital artworks by 22 artists, including Beeple, Daniel Isles (aka Dirty Robot), Terrell Jones, Summer Wagner, and Michael Sidofsky. Those works, however, will be available only to the NFT holders who have earned Diamond Nest status by staking their NFTs with the company for a set period of time.
