- Ensure your NGRAVE ZERO runs on the latest firmware version.
- Update your LIQUID to the newest version.

How to Initiate a Swap in NGRAVE LIQUID
- Via the ‘Swap’ button at the top of your main portfolio screen.
- Via the coin or token detail page, where all of your accounts are displayed.
- Via a specific account detail page.
Swapping Crypto Assets with NGRAVE
Follow these instructions to swap crypto with Changelly on your Android or iOS device:
- Open the NGRAVE LIQUID app on your mobile device. On the main dashboard, tap the yellow ‘Swap’ button.
- Choose the crypto accounts for the exchange and specify the amount.
Note the minimum and maximum exchange limits, which vary per cryptocurrency.
- Next, verify the exchange rate and network fees for your swap.
You will have a chance to choose between a fixed and a floating rate:
- Fixed Rate: With a fixed rate, you will receive the exact amount of crypto you see on the screen. This rate will be updated every 30 seconds to reflect the market conditions.
- Floating Rate: The floating rate can change at any point due to market conditions, so you might receive more or less crypto than expected. This option offers lower fees.
Tap ‘Review Swap’ to continue if everything is correct.
- Next, you need to review your transaction on your ZERO.
Scan the QR code with your ZERO and verify that the amount, the fee, and the ‘From’ and ‘To’ fields match the information on LIQUID before you sign. The receiving address will be Changelly’s account.
- By tapping ‘Next,’ you will accept Changelly’s Terms and Conditions.
- Once you have scanned and signed the transaction with ZERO, scan the QR code on ZERO with your LIQUID app to broadcast the transaction to the blockchain.
- After your swap has been signed and broadcasted via your LIQUID app to the blockchain, write down your Swap ID just in case you encounter an issue and need Changelly’s support.
- Tap ‘Back to your wallet.’
You have now swapped crypto with your NGRAVE LIQUID and ZERO. You will directly receive your coins in your wallet. The transaction may take up to 4 hours to be processed and confirmed. Check the ‘History’ tab to track the status of your swap transaction.
