Sotheby’s and Paris Blockchain Week (PBW) have partnered with RLTY World to present live the first NFT auction in the metaverse, called “Oddly Satisfying Sale.” The experience will feature 66 NFT works by established artists such as Beeple, Julien Rivoire, Brinkman, and many others.

Renowned auction house Sotheby’s has partnered with metaverse platform RLTY to present live NFT auction during Paris Blockchain Week (PBW).
It is called the “Oddly Satisfying Sale” and is a true flagship Web3 event. More specifically, NFT works will be on display during the PBW conference and available for auction on Sotheby’s website from 17 to 24 March and in RLTY World from 20 to 21 March.
Oddly Satisfying Sale will feature as many as 66 NFT artworks by established and emerging digital artists. Such as Beeple, Julien Rivoire, Brinkman and many others.
Paris Blockchain Week, Europe’s largest blockchain conference, will host the live version of the experience. But on a virtual level, the auction takes place in RLTY’s metaverse, RLTY World. Which will showcase not only tomorrow’s potential, but also what is possible in virtual worlds today.
