Decentraland has just released its official schedule for its second Metaverse Fashion Week (MVFW). This is, in fact, the largest fashion event in the Metaverse – and its guests live up to the status! From Tommy Hilfiger to Gucci, DKNY, Vogue, and Adidas, the list is even more impressive than last year’s. The MVFW will run between March 28 – 31st, so let’s dive right into it!
Decentraland’s Metaverse Fashion Week: Which Luxury Fashion Brands Will Be There?
The most awaited Web3 fashion event, the Metaverse Fashion Week, starts on March 28th in big style. Obviously, the most popular area will be the Luxury District. Attendees will see some of the most iconic physical fashion brands, including:
- Tommy Hilfiger, which will host AI-generated fashion items and daily drops;
- DKNY with its own art gallery, rooftop lounge, and pizza venue;
- Dolce & Gabbana, which will focus on promoting new talents in the industry;
- DUNDAS currently ready to launch new Wearables in partnership with DressX.
In addition, the Miami Fashion Week will also participate for the first time in a digital fashion week. All of these brands will offer runway shows, exclusive events, new NFT drops, and other surprises.
However, Genesis City is equally fascinating – here’s why:
What Will You Find in Genesis City?
To begin with, you’ll be able to attend an exclusive show dedicated to the late Vivienne Westwood from the Digital Design Community. Adidas (a leading physical fashion brand in the Web3 world) will reveal its first NFT-only collection.
If you’re looking for a party, Diesel and HAPE will host an exclusive event with surprise NFT airdrops for attendees. In terms of wearables, Vegas City will also drop new collectibles with Perry Ellis. In addition, you can check out more surprises from Clarks, Dragon City, The Museum District, and more.
Will Digital Fashion Designers be there Too?
Of course, Decentral and’s Metaverse Fashion Week wouldn’t be complete without top Web3 fashion creators. For example, the popular web3 fashion brand DRESSX will debut with a flagship store in the Metaverse. Meanwhile, FASHION ZOO will host its first annual award show for Chinese fashion: the FASHION FUTURE AWARDS.
The list of web3 designers at MVFW also includes Phygicode, The Fabricant, Altr, and House of Web3. Last but not least, Vogue Singapore will reveal the winners of its digital fashion competition during the event.
Overall, this year’s Decentraland Metaverse Fashion Week is full of exciting surprises and entertaining experiences. Whether you’re a fashion victim, NFT collector, or a Web3 newbie, this occasion is a must-see so prepare your hot wallets!
