Binance’s summer internship program spans over 10 weeks and provides interns with valuable cross-functional learning experiences. Throughout the program, interns will have the opportunity to rotate across various teams, including Marketing, Customer Service, and Binance Academy. This unique structure allows interns to gain insights and skills from different areas of the organization, fostering a holistic understanding of the industry.
To ensure a fruitful and enriching experience, interns will have access to mentorship from experienced project leads. These mentors will offer guidance, support, and valuable industry insights, empowering interns to maximize their potential and make the most of their internship journey. As part of the AMP program, interns will benefit from comprehensive training and development initiatives aimed at enhancing their personal and professional skills. These initiatives include specialized training modules such as Communications with Impact, Culture Intelligence, and Effective Feedback. In addition to the training and development opportunities, interns will have the chance to expand their professional networks. They will have the opportunity to connect with Binance executives, managers, and project leads, as well as other industry professionals. As a culmination of their internship experience, participants will have the chance to deliver a final project to top executives. Ensuring an Impactful Experience for all Participants
Interns who successfully complete the program may be presented with exciting opportunities for their future career growth. They could be considered for permanent positions within Binance, allowing them to continue their professional journey within the organization. Alternatively, they may be offered a place in the Graduate Leadership Program in 2024, which provides a structured pathway for further development and leadership opportunities within Binance.
The program garnered an overwhelming response, with over 8000 applications received. The selection process involved a rigorous evaluation, including interviews, tests, and group case study assessments. After careful consideration, a total of 23 candidates have been selected to participate in the program. These individuals have demonstrated exceptional skills, aptitude, and potential that align with the program’s advanced management curriculum, ensuring a high-quality and impactful experience for all participants.
When questioned about their motivation for applying, Markus Bergvinson, a student at Rotman Commerce, University of Toronto, and one of the interns, said: “I was inspired to apply for this internship not only because of Binance’s reputation as a leading global cryptocurrency exchange but also by CZ’s leadership in revolutionizing the workplace to create a high-efficiency environment. I was also motivated by how this internship presents the chance to gain real-world experience alongside experts in a dynamic and rapidly growing industry by contributing to Binance’s innovative strategies.”
Many interns have provided positive feedback, expressing their enthusiasm for the program and the valuable learning experiences they are going to gain during this program. Another intern, Kartavaya Bhargava, who is currently studying at the American University of Sharjah, shared his source of inspiration, stating: “I am driven by the belief that blockchain technology could be one of the major contributors to the next industrial revolution, and I am eager to contribute to that.”
